HomeESP is pleased to announce an exclusive benefit! We pay a $100 cash incentive to Premier Members who start and complete any qualifying energy saving project.
We want to help our Members invest in lowering their home energy costs. And it’s easy to qualify for our $100 rebate. Just start your project after your third month of Premier Membership and complete it while a member in good standing.
Nearly any energy-saving project qualifies: a DIY or professional installation of insulation, windows or doors, boiler, hot water heater, heat pump, central air conditioning, solar hot water or solar electric is eligible. The project must cost more than $300, and you need to provide documentation of the project start and end dates, cost (invoice or invoices from suppliers and/or installers) and a before and after photo of the project.
And if you act now, we will include an In-Home Energy Audit by a professional as one of the qualifying energy-saving projects. Most in-home Energy Audits cost no more than $75 and are well worth it helping you become more energy efficient and lowering your utility bills. HomeESP will reimburse up to $100 cash to help cover the cost of your In-Home Energy Audit.
You can claim up to $300 in Energy Saving Project Rebates, one project per year of Membership, up to three projects. As a special bonus, we’ll add $25 if you find your contractor through the HomeESP Contractor Locator. So don’t put off that energy- and money-saving home improvement project. And save even more because you’re a HomeESP Premier Member!
You can read details about claiming your $100 Energy Saving Rebate in the FAQs.

HomeESP helps members cover the cost of leaving their homes and replacing spoiled food resulting from a blackout. Most power outages are unplanned and it is virtually impossible to prevent a blackout or brownout; just ask your local utility. Whether it is a result of a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, ice storm or peak summer demand that crashes the power grid, power failures happen. Hundreds of thousands of people loose power for periods lasting from half a day to several days. The costs of a blackout can mount quickly. Although HomeESP cannot prevent power outages, we can help defray the costs of your emergency hotel stay or food spoilage resulting from the loss of power.
For those times when a power outage goes from being a minor inconvenience to a family emergency, HomeESP provides a generous per diem payment for any failure of utility-supplied electricity delivery to your home lasting more than 12 hours.
HomeESP will pay $50 per 24-hour period, for up to three days per calendar year (a total of $150), for any loss of utility-supplied electricity to your home. The benefit begins 12 hours after the initial loss of power. You can use this money for any purpose, such as expenses you incur during a loss of power, including food, hotel, and transportation or shopping.
HomeESP Premier Members who want to make a claim should visit the FAQs for claim instructions.

Easily Save Energy and Save Money Today!
Save hundreds of dollars in your home immediately – with the simple-to-use Energy Saving Guide and DIY Energy Audit Kit from HomeESP.
Is your home cold, drafty, or uncomfortable? Do you have high energy bills? Ice dams? Addressing these types of problems can make your home more comfortable, and at the same time improve its energy efficiency — saving you serious money on utility bills.
A typical single family spends well over $2,000 on energy and these homes waste energy every day. Inefficient old-style light bulbs, appliances left running when not in use and other easy-to-fix things waste money. Insufficient insulation, air leakage and poorly sealed, under-insulated ducts are a major cause for energy loss in the home. Under-insulation and/or exterior air leaks mean you are throwing out money by heating and cooling your neighbor’s backyard.
Homeowners often pay as much as $225 or more for professionals to perform in-home energy audits, which provide customized solutions that reduce energy bills by 25% to 40% - an average
